New Concept Studios are located in Central Leeds and offer high end audio production facilitys available for monthly rent. The studios are close to all major transport links, with the closest train station a 5 minute walk away. The Studios are the ideal place for music producers to base themselves in a professional and productive environment.
New Concept Studios was taken over and started in June 2014. Its a place for Producers, Engineers, Labels and Artists to work and base there business’s. In total we have 11 studios available for long term rent, ranging from £250 - £550 per month, all inclusive of bills. (Minimum 2 month contract).

ABOUT
The studios are located in a former mill dating back to 1890, which was converted by the previous owner and run as Sponge Studios for 10 years before being taken over in June 2014 and after an extensive remodeling was reopened as New Concept Studios.
There are currently 11 music production rooms of varying sizes with full accoustic treatment and top of the range equipment ideal for every level of music production.
These rooms are available on flexible 2 month rolling contracts so contact us for more information on availablity.
